APCO 2007 International Conference Baltimore, MD August 5-9

Registration for the 73rd Annual Conference is now available on-line and via flyers that were recently mailed to APCO members. The 2007 Conference is going to truly be a conference of change, with several events being moved to different days/times and locations from conferences in the past, so please pay particular attention to the proposed schedule of events. 

To assist your members in their preliminary conference planning, here is a list of major events with changes highlighted:
Sunday, August 5
Annual Golf Tournament @ Beechtree  7:30 - 4:00 p.m.
Chapter Officer Training & Mentoring Course - (To Be Determined)
Committee Meetings 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
New Attendee Orientation - 4:00 to 5:00 pm
First General Business Session - 5:00 - 6:30 ***THIS IS A CHANGE FROM TUESDAY MORNING, SO PLAN TO ARRIVE EARLY TO PARTICIPATE***
Attendee Welcome Reception - 6:30 - 9:30 p.m. Power Plant Live at Inner Harbor, featuring food, fun and entertainment

Monday, August 6
Opening General Session and Keynote Address - 8:00 - 9:30 a.m.
Exhibit Hall Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony - 9:45 - 10:00 a.m.
Exhibit Hall Hours - 10:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Tuesday, August 7
SUPERSESSION - 8:00 - 9:30 a.m.

Tuesday Night Event "TAILGATE TUESDAY" @ Oriole Park at Camden Yards, Home of the Baltimore Orioles - 6:30 - 11:00 p.m.
Join friends and colleagues for a night out at historic Oriole Park at Camden Yards.  Enjoy great baseball in the reserved APCO Bullpen as well as some of the best ballpark food.  The bullpen will be hosting APCO guests all night with a bird's eye view from centerfield, interactive entertainment and much more. Plan to join everyone at 6:30 p.m. for some pre-game activities with first pitch taking place at 7:05 p.m.
